2024 Code Amendments
Course Description:
This course provides an overview of the latest New Hampshire state building code amendments, with a focus on how recent updates impact design, construction, permitting, and inspection practices. As the state transitions to the 2024 ICC codes along with NFPA 1 and 101, participants will gain a clear understanding of key changes, state-specific modifications.
The session will break down the most significant amendments, highlight differences from previous code cycles, and explain how to apply them in real-world scenarios.

About the Instructor:
Michael Hagan, MCP, CBO, CFM – Bio
With over 25 years of service to the City of Keene, New Hampshire, Mike currently serves as the Building Division Manager, Floodplain Manager, and Assistant Emergency Management Director. He holds the prestigious Master Code Professional (MCP) designation through the International Code Council (ICC), is a certified “When Disaster Strikes” instructor for ICC, and is a Certified Floodplain Manager (CFM).
